Resilience Risk Group

Independent Insurability Risk Advisory for Extreme Heat Markets.

ABOUT US – WHAT WE DO

Resilience Risk Group is an independent risk advisory focused on helping properties remain insurable as heat, power, and water exposure increases in extreme-heat markets. We provide third-party property risk assessments and ongoing monitoring that identify insurability sensitivities, document conditions over time, and reduce surprises at renewal. RRG does not sell insurance, perform repairs, or recommend contractors—our role is to provide unbiased risk visibility and insurer-ready documentation that supports informed decisions by property owners, HOAs, and their brokers.

RRG exists to answer one question:

“Is this property becoming harder to insure over time?

    HEAT RISK

Can the property maintain habitability during extreme heat?

Does cooling capacity + envelope + exposure create stress?

Is failure likely during peak conditions?

    POWER RISK

What happens if the grid drops during heat?

    Is there redundancy or survivability?

    Is loss-of-use exposure high?

    WATER RISK

How likely is a non-weather water loss?

How quickly would a leak be discovered?

How severe would damage likely be?

    INDEPENDENT RISK ASSESSMENT

We evaluate property-level exposure related to heat, power, and water stress, with a focus on how these factors may affect insurability over time. Assessments are observational and documentation-based, not inspections or diagnostics.

HEAT, POWER, AND WATER EXPOSURE SCORING

Each assessment includes a structured scoring framework that reflects relative exposure within the local market. Scores are designed to indicate risk sensitivity and direction, not predict failures or prescribe solutions.

    RENEWAL READY DOCUMENTATION

We provide clear, insurer-safe documentation that summarizes observed conditions and risk context. This documentation is intended to support renewal conversations and underwriting review, not to replace professional evaluations or repairs.

    MONTHLY MONITORING

Some clients elect ongoing monitoring to track changes in exposure over time and maintain continuity in documentation. Monitoring provides early awareness of risk drift ahead of renewal but does not include routine site visits or emergency response.
